Good call on SRV and Lou Reed. If Iggy Pop is in, Lou should be as well.

Yeah, they lost the validity of calling it "Rock & Roll" long ago. Although I am surprised and quite pleased with the pick of Jeff Beck.

When they do induct SRV, which they better, who do you think would be good folks to come out and play some of his tunes? I may take alot of heat on this, but John Mayer has impressed me with his blues chops. Warren Haynes might also be good.

I agree 100 percent on SRV, but I always thought of John Mayer as a little bit of a cheater. He's a good player, but is one of these guys that makes intense faces while he's bending notes.
